Operate and control heavy equipment used in solar operations, such as telehandlers, skid steers, etc.
Perform general maintenance on heavy equipment, trailers, etc., including greasing, fluid checks/fills, fueling, and conducting regular inspections for wear and tear
Review job site to determine requirements and address potential challenges
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth and safe operations and provide training if needed on safe equipment operation
Provide assistance to the installation crew during periods of low operator-specific tasks
Ability to use hand and power tools
Maintain equipment
Keep a clean and safe worksite
Other duties as assigned
